Tai Chi / Well-being class - improve your physical condition and mental health with our relaxing range of Tai Chi exercises.
All our classes are available for anyone able bodied or disabled. Classes are run by Lindsey Paxton, a fully qualified seated Tai Chi instructor. Seated Tai Chi is just as beneficial as the standing form.
Time: 10:00am - 11:00am
Physiotherapy sessions. Our sessions are run by Emma Dyster, who is a qualified physiotherapist. She provides specialist physio exercises to all who wish to attend these classes. She aims to make exercise fabulous for all. Regardless of your ability or difficulties, these sessions can help you maximise your potential for health and well-being.
Activities include: Vibro plate, MotoMed bike, treadmill, small weight work and more.
Thursday (held at The Crossing)
Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm
Frontlinedance - seated dance sessions that take participants through a range of styles and exercises.
These classes take place at The Crossing Community Centre, Station Approach, Stone ST15 8ER

Group Physiotherapy sessions - provided by Emma Dyster, a qualified physiotherapist. She provides a range of physiotherapy exercises suitable in treating a wide range of injuries and conditions.
